DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order on a next days delivery service within 48 hours. Larger items such a table tops will be handled by DX and small items with Royal Mail.
Someone should be available to sign for the item upon receipt. If you are not at home when they try to deliver they may leave in a safe place or with a neighbour ( this is at the drivers discretion ).
PLEASE INSPECT UPON DELIVERY
Please unpack and inspect your good as soon as possible after you have received them, all mistakes or damages must be reported to us with in 48hrs so that we can rectify the situation asap.
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
You can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that the item must be received back in salable condition for us to refund it. Please use an insured courier service and all ways pack any return really well to reduce the risk of dame.
